Abstract
A summary of the D.C. Circuit’s en banc decision finding the CFPB structure to be constitutional. The article examines what portions of the D.C. Circuit’s original opinion, which addressed the constitutionality of the CFPB’s structure and imposed practical limitations on the agency’s powers, survived en banc review.
