AB  - Transferring the servicing of any securitization from one servicer to another can be a strenuous process when advance preparation has not taken place. Knowledge of key, fundamental principles is crucial during a time when investors feel uncertain in regards to what the future entails. In a workout situation, the new servicer must be able to display competencies in taking over the servicing. The ability to take control, transfer data, and begin servicing the agreements is a process that requires certain experience and expertise.
