AB The economic chaos of the past year has understandably created turmoil in the municipal bond market, causing financings to be delayed, suspended, or abandoned completely. Issuers have imposed moratoria on bond issuances and many developers have suspended projects utilizing municipal debt. So what should municipalities and developers do?
